I only have one word to describe today. ENERGY! Today on Day 13 of the 75 hard challenge, I am bursting with energy and couldn’t wait to get out of bed.  This is actually the best I’ve felt since I began the 75 Hard Challenge.

That energy enabled me to increase my pace so that my average time per km got down to 9 min.  That is absolutely incredible, since my normal pace has been approximately 12 – 13 min / km.

I am also approximately 10 lbs lighter and my blood pressure numbers continue to decrease.  So you can imagine the joy that I feel.

Here were my meals today:

Breakfast – Raw cauliflower with Roasted Red Pepper dip

Mid morning – Half a mango

Lunch – Celery Juice with natural collagen

Mid afternoon – Persimmion

Dinner –  Baked Veggies with walnuts and vegan feta cheese
